What is the cutoff date for subscribing each month

The cut-off date to subscribe and receive the current month’s box is the 20th of each month. Subscriptions made after the 20th will receive the next month’s box.
What are the subscription options and discounts?

We offer three subscription options: The Standalone: Includes one trope or genre candle for the month. Subscribers receive a 5% discount compared to retail. The Duet: Includes two matching candles that complement the monthly theme. Subscribers receive a 10% discount compared to retail. The Trilogy: Includes all three candles for the month. Subscribers receive a 15% discount compared to retail.
What payment methods can I use to subscribe?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay for subscription payments.
When am I charged?

Your fisrt payment will come out the day you subscribe. it will then auto-renew monthly on the same date you originally subscribed until cancelled.
When will I receive my subscription box?

Monthly Shipment: All subscription boxes ship out in the first week of the following month. For example, if you subscribe by June 20th, you'll receive the June box, which will ship in the first week of July. This cycle continues as long as your subscription is active. Your July box will then ship in the first week of August, and so on.
How are the candles shipped?

Our candles are handcrafted and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We charge a flat rate of $11.99 inclusive fo the subscription price. We use Australia Post as our shipping provider to ship your box in the first week of each month. Please allow for postage time from FNQ. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your box has been shipped.
Can I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from your membership page in the "my Subscriptions" page. This includes cancelling your plan or changing payment details, checking previous orders etc. Please note: at this time you are unable to Pause your subscription. If you would like it paused temporarily, send us a message via email or the chat function and we can put a hold on your subscription. Alternatively, you can cancel and resubscribe when you are ready.
Can I change my plan after purchase?

At this time, you are unable to change your plan once purchased. You will need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe to the plan you would like.
Can I skip months?

At this time you are unable to manually skip a month. To skip a month's delivery, you must contact us to put a temporary hold on your subscription, or you can cancel and then resubscribe when ready.
What is the return policy?

We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, replacements will be offered once photographic proof is provided. Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible.
What do you do with my information?

All customer information is kept private and never shared with third parties. You can access your information via the "My Subscriptions" page on your account
